Shipping and Returns Policy

Returns Our return policy spans 14 days from the date of purchase. If the 14-day period has elapsed since your purchase, regrettably, we cannot grant a refund or facilitate an exchange.

For a return to be valid, the item must be unused and in the same pristine condition as when you received it. Additionally, it should be accompanied by its original packaging.

Certain categories of goods are exempt from the return process. These include perishable items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases. In specific cases, partial refunds may be considered.

Items falling outside these criteria, such as those damaged, missing components not due to our oversight, or returned more than 14 days after delivery, may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds (if applicable) Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, an email notification will be sent to confirm its arrival. We will subsequently communicate the approval or denial of your refund request. Once approved, the refund process will be initiated.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable) Should you not have received your refund yet, kindly verify your bank account. It’s advised to contact your credit card company, as there might be a delay before the refund is officially posted. You can also reach out to your bank, as there could be processing time involved. Sale Items (if applicable) Refunds are applicable solely to regularly priced items; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

You are responsible for the expenses associated with shipping the returned item. These shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total amount.
